• Information submitted through Meta lead forms, if you complete one, such as your name, telephone number, email address, and form responses.
• Basic technical data generated when you access the website, such as IP address, browser and device type, date, time, and logs required for security and hosting.
• Your language preference is stored only in your browser’s local storage under the key “marcos-language”.
• If you accept advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel may receive information about pages visited and actions such as clicks on WhatsApp, telephone, or email links. Message contents and information entered in form fields are not sent through the Pixel.
• If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may receive data about visited pages, acquisition source, device, scroll depth, engagement time, and actions taken on the website. Form field contents are not sent to these tools.
• When consent exists, the website stores first-touch and last-touch campaign attribution in your browser —such as source, medium, campaign, landing page, and referring domain— under the key “marcos-attribution-v1”.

3. How the website form works

The form fields are processed locally in your browser to prepare a message. marcosfarreras.com does not save those fields in a database or transmit them to its server. The information is shared with WhatsApp only when you press the send button and confirm the message on that platform.

5. Analytics, Meta, and optional cookies

When you interact through Meta products, the platform processes information under its own terms and policies. Marcos Farreras may receive only the information you send, authorize, or provide through a form, message, or enabled integration.

That information is used to address the request that prompted the contact. It is not sold or rented.

This website integrates the Meta Pixel associated with dataset 1021303239300620. It loads only after you accept advertising cookies and may record page visits and interaction events, such as Contact and Lead, for measurement, advertising attribution, and audience creation. If you decline, the Pixel does not load.

When configured, Google Analytics is used to understand acquisition, engagement, and conversions, while Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings with sensitive content masked. Both load only after you accept. If consent is withdrawn, a denial signal is sent, new optional measurement stops, and first-party cookies the website can remove are deleted.

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights may collect aggregated visit statistics and technical performance metrics. Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies or tie those statistics to an identified individual.
