How to request deletion

1. Provide your name and the email address or phone number used to contact us.
2. Identify the source: website, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or Meta form.
3. If applicable, include your username or enough profile information to locate the data, but never send your password.
4. Briefly describe the information you want deleted.

Verification and timeframe

Reasonable additional information may be requested to confirm that the requester is the data subject. Once verified, deletion will be processed without undue delay and normally within 30 calendar days. Confirmation will be sent through the contact channel you provided.

What will be deleted

Copies of personal data under Marcos Farreras’s control will be deleted, and deletion will be requested from providers acting on his behalf when applicable. If the law requires certain information to be retained, only the necessary portion will remain, with restricted access, for the required period.

Information held directly by Meta

This request covers information received or retained by Marcos Farreras. To delete information held directly by Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, use the account and privacy controls provided by the relevant platform.
